Currently riding a five-fight win streak against Steve Peterson, Chase Hooper, Austin Springer, Kevin Croom and Seung Woo Choi.
He also competed at Fury Grappling 3, where he was able to submit Eddy Torres by rear-naked choke.

His opponent, Sodiq Yusuff is coming off a loss to number 7 ranked Arnold Allen and will be looking to halt the process of Caceres.
Currently 4-1 in the UFC, Yusuff has used his elite striking on the way to knockout victories against Suman Mokhtarian and Gabriel Benitez.
It will be interesting to see how he deals with the new and improved grappling of Alex Caceres.
