MMA On January Week 4

We are without UFC this week but we still have some great MMA on this week from all over the globe. In this article, I will go into how to watch these cards and if they cost any money.

ACA 135: Gasanov vs Dzhanaev, Friday, January 28th

Kicking off the week we are heading to Grozny Russia where we get to see the biggest talents out of the Caucasus region.

In the main event, we have a middleweight title fight between Magmedrasul Gasanov vs Adbul-Rakhman Dazhanev. Gasanov is undefeated since 2016 with his last coming to Saygid Izagakhmaev who is seriously impressive fans at ONE FC submitting James Nakashima.

A win here for Gasanov will earn him a contract with the larger promotions.

His opponent Dzahanev is currently on a 4 fight wins streak but Gasanov is still a 4 to 1 favourite.

It costs 199 Russian Roubles which is around £2 or $3.

You also can buy a years subscription for around £20 or $25.

ACA has both Russian and English commentary as well.

The cards start time is 6 pm British time and 1 pm US east coast time.

ONE FC: Only The Brave, Friday, January 28th

ONE FC is back with their second card of the year.

This event will be more of a kickboxing showcase.

In the main and co-main events, we have the semi-final fights for the featherweight kickboxing grand Prix.

Match 1 Jo Nattawut vs Chingiz Allazov, and match 2 Sitthichai vs Davit Kiria.

Kicking off the card we have Brazilian Kickboxer Anderson Silva taking on undefeated English stand out Paul Elliott.

Elliott looking to be the genetic elite which can go a long way in the heavyweight division.

He looks like he is going to be another star for the ONE FC promotion.

For UK viewers you can watch this card on the ONE FC YouTube channel and ONE Super App. It starts at 10.30 am.

For US viewers you can watch it on Bleacher Report and their YouTube Channel the Main card starts at 7.30 am for east coast viewers. 

Eagle FC 44: Spong vs Kharitonov, Friday, January 28th

Khabib’s Eagle FC fight promotion makes its US debut in Miami. In the main event, we have legendary kickboxer Tyrone Sprong who is 2-0 in MMA taking on Russian MMA legend Sergei Kharitonov.

Also on the card has some UFC veterans in Ray Borg and Rashad Evans.

The card starts at 11 pm UK time and 6 pm US east coast time.

Bellator 273: Bader vs Moldavsky, Saturday, February 29th

Bellator makes its 2022 debut we a heavyweight title fight between Ryan Bader and Valentin Moldavsky.

Moldavsky is a big favourite at -350 and is currently undefeated in Bellator.

In the co-main event, we have Benson Henderson and 20-1 Russia prospect Islam Mamedov.

Mamedov is on a 19 fight win streak going all the way back to 2009.

On the prelims, we have one of MMA’s biggest prospects in Dalton Rosta who could be described as a middleweight Michael Chandler.

To watch Bellator 273 in the UK both the Prelims and main card will be streamed on BBC IPlayer and the main card will start at 3 am on the 30th.

For US viewers the prelims are available to watch on Bellators YouTube Page but to watch the main card you need a Showtime subscription to watch costing $10.99 per month.

The main card will start at 10 pm east coast time.

CFFC 105: Jefferey vs Harris, Saturday, January 29th

Ending off the week we have Philadelphia based promotion Cage Fury FC and in the main event, we have Aaron Jefferey who was unsuccessful in his Contender Series fight against Caio Borralho.

Taking on Rex Harris.

The card will be streamed on UFC Fightpass. It starts at 1 am UK time and 6 pm east coast time.
